What you sell and what you use in your salon, in one inventory
Charge the cut and the color, sell shampoo at the counter and record what each service uses. Know what's running out before you're without it and what the month made you.
They left the notebook and the spreadsheet behind, and now know what they have, what they sell and what they make.

«Antes perdía muchas ventas porque no sabía cuánto inventario tenía disponible. Con Arca eso ya no es un problema: tengo el control completo de mi negocio y sé lo que pasa en él.»
No. Arca charges, keeps your inventory and gives you your numbers. Keep booking appointments in your usual planner or app.
How do I charge a service?+
With quick sale: type the amount and charge. It shows in your sales and closeout but doesn't move inventory. Margin reports count it separately since it has no recorded cost.
Can I track each stylist's commission?+
Not per stylist: Arca doesn't keep a profile per person. Record commissions as a payroll expense, on the Pro plan.
How do I record product used in services?+
With an outgoing adjustment and its reason. It's deducted from inventory and its cost stays in your numbers, without counting as a sale.
