No. It runs in the browser on the computer, tablet or phone you already have, with nothing to install. You can plug in a barcode scanner and a receipt printer, but you don't need them to start.
Does Arca take payments for me?+
No. Arca doesn't charge your customers or process payments. You get paid the way you already do —cash, your own card terminal, transfer or store credit—, note how they paid, and Arca keeps your stock and your numbers.
Is it hard to learn?+
No. It speaks English and Spanish, and every screen says what it does. Most people log their first sale the same day.
Does it work if I have more than one store?+
Yes. Each store keeps its own inventory and its own sales, you move goods between them without throwing anything off, and you see it all together or one at a time.
Is it only for jewelry?+
