Inventory
One row per item, size and color, with its price, its cost and how many pieces you have today. Anything below its minimum turns red.
Incoming
The merchandise you receive, with its cost and supplier. It's added automatically to that size's stock.
Sales
What you sell, picking the item from a list. The price fills in by itself and the piece comes off its size.
Summary
How many pieces you have by size and by category, how much money you have tied up in stock and how many items need reordering.
How to use it
Your clothing inventory in three steps

Add every size
One row for each combination of item, size and color, with how many pieces you have and a minimum.

Log what comes in and goes out
Purchases in “Incoming” and sales in “Sales”. Each size's stock updates on its own.

Reorder in time
Anything below its minimum turns red, and the “Summary” shows which sizes sell best.
Who it's for
For boutiques, clothing stores and anyone selling clothes on social media
With clothing, the question isn't how many blouses you have, it's how many you have left in each size. Mediums sell out while you still have five larges, and you find out when someone asks for one. This template tracks each size separately and warns you before it runs out.

Yes. It's built with formulas that work the same in Excel, Google Sheets and the Excel mobile app. For Google Sheets, upload it to your Drive and open it from there.
How do I track clothing inventory by size?
With one row for each combination of item, size and color. That way each size has its own stock and its own minimum, and you know exactly which one is running low.
Can I use my own sizes?
Yes. Type yours (S, M, L or numbers) into the blue list in the “Summary”. The template adds up the stock for each one.
What if I switch to Arca later?
You don't start from scratch. Save the “Inventory” tab as a CSV and upload it in Arca under Products, Import (from the Basic plan up). Your products come in with their price, cost and current stock.
What do you do with my email?
We use it to send you the template and, only if you ticked the box, to send you business tips now and then. We don't sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
When Excel isn't enough
Every size, taken off automatically with each sale
Arca handles sizes, colors and measurements as variants of the same product. You log the sale from your phone or computer's browser, with the barcode scanner, and that size's stock goes down on its own.
