Does it work in Google Sheets and on my phone?
Yes. It's built with formulas that work the same in Excel, Google Sheets and the Excel mobile app. For Google Sheets, upload it to your Drive and open it from there.
How do I do a jewelry inventory?
One row for each different piece, with its category (rings, earrings, necklaces), material, price and what it cost you. If a piece comes in several sizes, one row per size. After that, each purchase and each sale goes in its own tab and stock is calculated automatically.
Can I change the categories and materials?
Yes. Type yours into the blue lists in the “Summary” and they show up in each piece's dropdown.
What if I switch to Arca later?
You don't start from scratch. Save the “Inventory” tab as a CSV and upload it in Arca under Products, Import (from the Basic plan up). Your products come in with their price, cost and current stock.
What do you do with my email?
We use it to send you the template and, only if you ticked the box, to send you business tips now and then. We don't sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
When Excel isn't enough

Arca tracks each piece with its sizes as variants, prints barcode labels (from the Basic plan up) and takes the piece off your stock the moment you log the sale.
And you don't start from scratch: from the Basic plan up you upload the “Inventory” tab and your pieces come in with their price, cost and current stock.
