Products
What you sell, with its price, what it cost you and how many you have. Stock updates itself with every sale and every purchase, and turns red when it's time to restock.
Sales
One row per sale. Pick the product from a list, the price fills in by itself and the template works out the total and what you made on that sale.
Purchases
The stock you buy, with its cost and who you bought it from. Whatever you enter here is added to your stock.
Expenses
Shipping, packaging, your spot at the market, ads. Whatever isn't merchandise but still comes out of your pocket.
Summary
Type in the month and it tells you how much you sold, how much you made after expenses, how you got paid and what needs restocking.
How to use it
Sales tracking in three steps

Add what you sell
In “Products”, one row for each thing you sell: its price, what it cost you and how many you have today.

Log every sale
In “Sales”, the date, the product and the quantity. The price, the total and your profit fill in on their own.

Check your month
In “Summary”, type in the month. You'll see how much you sold, how much you made after expenses and what needs restocking.

Whether you're just starting out, reselling from a catalog, setting up a table at a market or already have a shop, the problem is the same: your sales end up in a notebook, in WhatsApp or in your head, and at the end of the month you don't know if you made money. This template puts it all in one place and does the math for you.

Does it work in Google Sheets and on my phone?
Yes. It's built with formulas that work the same in Excel, Google Sheets and the Excel mobile app. For Google Sheets, upload it to your Drive and open it from there.
How do I track daily sales with it?
Every time you sell, add a row to the “Sales” tab with the date, the product and the quantity. At the end of the day, filter by today's date to see how much you sold. The “Summary” pulls the whole month together.
Does it work if I sell in sizes or colors?
Yes. Use one row per size or color with the same product name and its variant (for example, T-shirt in Small and T-shirt in Medium). Each one keeps its own stock.
What if I switch to Arca later?
You don't start from scratch. Save the “Products” tab as a CSV and upload it in Arca under Products, Import (from the Basic plan up). Your products come in with their price, cost and current stock.
What do you do with my email?
We use it to send you the template and, only if you ticked the box, to send you business tips now and then. We don't sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
When Excel isn't enough
The same sheet, on your phone, with no formulas
A spreadsheet works until you don't have it on hand when you sell, you forget to log a sale, or two people use it and it gets messy. Arca does what this template does, on its own: you log each sale from your phone's browser, with the barcode scanner, and stock goes down with every sale, with no formulas to break.
And you don't start from scratch: from the Basic plan up you upload the “Products” tab and your whole catalog comes in, with prices, costs and stock.
