Summary
How many orders are open, how many are late, how much you're owed and how much was ordered this month.
How to use it
Your orders in order, in three steps
- 1
Log the order when you take it
Customer, what they ordered, how much, the deposit and when it's due.
- 2
Update its status
New, in progress, ready to deliver, delivered. That way you see at a glance what's left.
- 3
Collect what's owed
The “Balance due” column and the “Summary” tell you who owes you and how much.
Who it's for
For anyone who sells to order: on WhatsApp, by catalog or made to order
When you sell to order, selling isn't the hard part: remembering what you promised to whom, by when and how much they left as a deposit is. This template keeps it all in one place and flags anything that's running late.
Frequently asked questions
See all free toolsIs the template free?
Yes. Leave your email and it downloads right away. No card, no account.
Does it work in Google Sheets and on my phone?
Yes. It's built with formulas that work the same in Excel, Google Sheets and the Excel mobile app. For Google Sheets, upload it to your Drive and open it from there.
How do I keep track of my customers' orders?
Log each order as soon as you take it, with the customer, what they ordered, the total, the deposit and the delivery date, and update its status as it moves along. That way you always know what's left to deliver and how much you're owed.
What about canceled orders?
Set their status to “Canceled”. The template takes them out of what you're owed and out of the month's total.
What do you do with my email?
We use it to send you the template and, only if you ticked the box, to send you business tips now and then. We don't sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
When the orders pile up
Every sale logged and your inventory up to date
If your orders come in on WhatsApp or by catalog, in Arca you log the sale from your phone as soon as you deliver it and the merchandise comes off your inventory on its own.
