How many products can I add?
Up to three. If you have more, Arca's online catalog has no limit, comes straight from your inventory and your customers send you their order on WhatsApp. It comes with the Básico plan and up.
Where are my photos stored?
Nowhere. The catalog is built in your browser: your photos and prices are never uploaded to our servers. Close the page and they're gone.
How do I send the catalog on WhatsApp?
Open the chat, tap the paperclip, choose “Document” and pick the PDF. You can also post it to your status or pin it in a customer group. Your number is a link in the PDF: whoever taps it opens a chat with you.
What about the catalog built into WhatsApp Business?
That works too, and it's free. The difference is that you can send the PDF to anyone, print it or post it on social media, and it shows your name in your order. Plenty of businesses use both.
Does it update when I run out of something?
No: a PDF is a snapshot of the moment you made it. If your prices change or something sells out, make a new one. A catalog that updates itself from your inventory is what Arca does.
