Does the price include tax?+
Yes. The price you see is what gets charged: no 16% added at checkout.
What if I grow mid-subscription?+
Move up whenever you need to and you start using it the moment you confirm. The new price is charged in full at your next renewal: the period you already paid isn't refunded or prorated, so you never pay twice for the same month.
And if I want to move down?+
The change takes effect at the billing date, when the period you've already paid ends. Until then you keep everything in your current plan.
Is there a contract or a commitment?+
No. You cancel from the app and the next period isn't charged. You can export your data to Excel and PDF before you go.
How can I pay?+
With a credit or debit card. Stripe processes the charge: your card details never pass through Arca and aren't stored here.
Can I use Arca on several devices?+
Yes. You sign in with the same account on the devices your plan includes: one phone on Local, the computer and three phones on Básico, and ten on Pro. If you hit the limit, move your account to the one in your hand with a single tap.
